Yes, Kenny Wallace is a nice guy and he is entertaining.
But, No he is not the most talented driver in the world.
If you don't think NASCAR dictates the rules, outcomes and plays favorites; explain this.
There is a fan vote to vote one driver in for the Winston Open (yeh, I know!) and Kenny Wallace had a "campaign" see his website below to get in.

How convenient, it is that Kenny is on the Speed channel and could use that network for a month to "campaign" to get into the "The Winston" (yeh, I know!).
Speed even used Kenny in the TV ads to promote "The Winston", the only non-winner and non-guaranteed driver they had in the commercial.
And what a shock....he was the top vote getter.
Kenny finished a stout 16th of 21 cars.
Last car running on the lead lap.
And he won $83,985, what a gift.
What a crock!
That's a great gift.
With the extra coin, I wonder if he's giving discounts on his book
